New Rendering & Sculpture At St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles

A new rendering of St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles has been released. The sales gallery of The St. Regis Residences also recently unveiled a sculpture by Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn. The towers are being designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis and landscape design by EDSA. The South Tower, first to be completed, will feature 175 residences.

Quinn is a contemporary figurative sculptor, best known for his large-scale pieces and expressive recreation of human hands. Quinn’s “Our Nucleus”, is sculpted in his signature style in stainless steel and rises over nineteen feet tall. The piece is viewable at the entrance to the sales gallery before it is permanently installed within The Residences.
