This week, Fortune International Group and Château Group broke ground on The St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The 175-unit South Tower of the luxury development is slated to be the tallest residential ocean-front tower in the neighborhood upon completion.
Industry professionals, members of the development team, city officials and guests gathered at the future site of The Residences, which have already secured over $110 million in sales this summer and $850 million in sales to date. “We are thrilled to reach this exciting next step as we break ground on The St. Regis Residences,” said Château Group CEO Manuel Grosskopf. “This momentous occasion marks the beginning of an unparalleled lifestyle we will deliver to our future residents.”
